What is your fan situation?  Are all the fans running okay?  What sort of case are you using?  Getting good airflow inside the case I hope.  How about the thermal paste on the CPU cooler?  I expanded the view on your pic and it doesn't show any information about your fans.

I expect dried thermal paste. 3470 should do fine with the stock cooler.

Were your temps lower before? Make sure that the cooler is properly installed with the plastic pins fully inserted and locked by rotating them clockwise.

I'm using Antec X1 case, Fans front suck in back out . Fans are working fine  also fan starts spin faster when reaching this temperature.

Any apps to monitor fan speed ? is there an all in one monitor for this ?

Clean it. If you can get for a good price a Hyper 212 evo, cryorig h7 or simular at a local store remove the cooler and look at the thermalpaste and replace this before buying a new cooler if the old does not look great.

I haven't replaced the thermal paste in a very long time must be that . i will look into it.
