Second Monitor for streaming

So,

 

soon I want to start streaming and for that I would need a second monitor to view chat and so on because I actually want to play fullscreen on one monitor (such rarity). Could anyone suggest me either

a 24" monitor

or a tiny monitor i can clip onto my other monitor.

Honestly if thats all its for, any monitor will do. Doesnt need to be fancy. With that said, I have 3 monitors personally, my main one, and 2 side monitors. These are my side monitors.

Actually i would prefer a small screen i could clip onto my monitor but if i noone suggests me a small one i will go with your side monitor. :)

any cheap-ass tablet would work if your gonna use it exclusively for viewing
