Floatplane Sub

I have no idea, who to contact/where to contact over this matter. But I figured this is the right sub forum for this.

 

But when I logged in today (5 minutes ago) my Floatplane sub which I subscribed to on the forums well over a year ago now has vanished, which is weird because it just got renewed last week & it's also been removed from the floatplane website when I sign in under my forum account.

 

I don't know if others have had this issue, it's annoying & I get that teething issues are a thing & all that. So any help would be appreciated.
