This is good. Now people have a reason to buy a 4K TV/monitor. Bigger market for 4K, more manufacturers become interested, more competition and the lower prices.

 

When 1080p was introduced there was next to no content, but if 4K content becomes available before the panels (and this includes games) then 4K might role out faster than anticipated.
