yes that is AMR, and also PCIE doesn't exist yet so we stuck on a normal PCI card/slot

Get a 56K modem for it.

Also, what about AGP?
My board with a crap ton of PCI slots, 1 ISA slot, and a Slot 1 slocket has an AGP slot. Think 4x.

Look up the board - Asus P3V 4X.

it was my dad setup that filled with windows 98, and when i test it the hard drive already broken and the capacitor on the mobos also blew up, so i can't use it anymore

If you have the skill (or want to learn), you could always replace the capacitors. I've resurrected many motherboards and some PSU with the bad caps.

yeah i have some electronics skill, but the label of the capacitor is ripped off so i can't replace it easily

My dads old PC that he rebuilt this year, i think its an old pentium III or IIII and thats 4 GB of Ram, this is also upgraded from what it used to be, this thing would take 10mins just to open the documents folder
