How far can you overclock 2133?

How far could somone overclock standard 2133 memory and still have a benifit? i am at 2600 but cannot go further without adjusting the timings or going over 1.37v. I have a ROG rampage V edition 10 so maybe I can add more voltage? I was told that over 1.35 can start to hurt the memory controller. If I losen up timings will I just lose performance anywaY?

As far as your IMC and motherboard will allow.

 

So for X99 not that much. Might have greater success with Z370.

 

Although the RAM type matters too. Some ICs are made for going fast. While some are 0.99c parts bin junk.
