How does the titan z hold up in 2018?

Lord Athetos

So how does compare to a modern gpu the titan z? Ignoring the that's a 3 slot card, consumes 375W and heats up like an oven, would it be a decent option considering actual gpu prices? I've seen some for less than 500$, and i definitly dont mind heat and power. And, just for curiosity, how about a titan z sli? That's obviously not worth it, but how does it compare with a modern gpu?

Has anyone ever tried putting them in SLI? You would open gates into other dimension if something goes wrong.

Prefer to use a titan blacks compared to a single 1080. So id use a Z as well. Preferably with a waterblock on it.

If they are that low, I'm gonna sell a 1080 and get one. I was watching them last year and they were still too much for me to get as a novelty piece.
