Cheap 1440p 144hz Monitor?

Guayser913

Hey everyone!

I'm flying to America on wednesday, going to be there for a month. :)

Was thinking of picking up a new monitor while I was there and wondering what suggestions you guys have

Looking for a 1440p 144hz monitor, preferably TN panel as it is cheaper.

Thanks guys!

If you have the budget for it, the Dell S2417DG and S2716DG are both highly recommended here. Both are great 1440p 165hz GSYNC panels for a decent price. ASUS and Acer offer terrible monitors at the 1440p high end due to the AU IPS panel lottery (their TN panels aren't much better, if at all).

Mind explaining more on this? I thought AUO makes great panels.

Ehh, the IPS panels they produce are kinda flakey. Buying a ROG Swift or an Acer Predator is a gamble in many cases. You can get a good panel, but you may also get a terrible screen that has bugs, dirt, or other objects between the screen and casing, or you may get multiple dead pixels.
