is it like sponge stuck in there or crumbs? dig it out with a sowing needle without damaging the pins. shouldn't really be a problem but you need to be able plug in the cable properly

a waiter accidentally spill soup onto the table and the soup went into the port... I've dried the phone by dismantling it and let it dry. after 24 hours, I tried plugging it in to a power bank to see if it would charge but after a few seconds it stops charging and it doesn't show up in windows at all but that night I plug it in after I finish making a backup of the phone to the micro sd card and it works as far as I can tell, plugging it into a PC and it shows up in windows.

You can flush it with alcohol (the chemical, not the drink) look for lab or rubbing alcohol.

If alcohol contains water, turn the phone off first and let it dry before use. You can use a hair dryer or rice to get it to dry faster.

Dry toothbrush or toothpick helps to remove anything stubborn

Awareness is key. Never enough, even in the face of futility. Speak the truth as if you may never get to say it again. This world is full of ugly. Change it they say. The only way is to reveal the ugly. To change the truth you must first acknowledge it. Never pretend it isn't there. Never bend the knee.
