Filters aren't going to improve your airflow but they aren't going to make a huge difference either. There's no need to worry about your temps.

what fans should i get to improve the airflow? want something better then stock

More airflow will increase dust accumulation. Are you running your current fans at max rpm?

If you want more airflow, you're going to need higher rpm fans. ML120's would be better case fans: https://www.pccasegear.com/products/36032/corsair-ml120-120mm-premium-magnetic-levitation-fan-twin-pack/

For the rad, NF-F12 iPPC's. https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/Mb4gXL/noctua-case-fan-nff12industrialppc3000pwm

the rad fans im not running at max and not sure what the other fans are running at gonna guess maybe half whatever the speed is and i was gonna get dust filters to help stop most of the dust entering the system

EDIT: guessing the NF-A14 is the 140mm variant of the NF-F12?

There's no 140mm variant of the NF-F12.

Why are you looking for 140mm fans? The H100i uses 120mm fans.

Here is my dust filled PC, gonna get some demciflex filters for it but don't know what fans to get for it, currently using the stock fans which are ok but something better wouldn't hurt, currently got 2 intake fans, 2 on the h100i and 1 exhaust, case fans are 120mm and the rad fans are 140mm, which would be the best fans to get? Am also gonna get a better psu for better cable management since the current cables are short

Check out these awesome hydrodynamic bearing fans from cougar. No LEDs, anti vibration, long life, very quiet. <$15.

Would it be worth getting a fan controller? Just something to use to control the fans while in Windows instead of using the bios

Using the motherboard is generally easier.

Depends on the program but the built-in fan options on the motherboard are pretty good.

Have you tried using the motherboard settings instead?
