Do you particularly need an AMD CPU?

1. Go for higher speed Ram with ryzen (at least 2666 or more)

2. Go for a cheaper Board, 145$ is a bit much

3. Stock cooler is fine with the 1600

no need for thermal paste, cooler has it already. see if there's a faster kit fot the same price. get an MX500 instead of the A400.
