the PPD numbers of our team have really climbed enormously over the past few months.

i used to be top 20 easily with just about 1.5M PPD, tough right now i've been folding on my server for a little while and i'm not even on the leaderboards!

seems like i either have to resort on running 2 rigs, or i should get rid of my 1070's and go for something stronger? i love the efficiency of the 1070's tough.

Damn! I just got bumped out of Top 20! Though, my average is a bit low (like 20k PPD) due to a couple of low days.

A rare sight, core22 out in the open

I had 40 of these between my 2060 and 2060 Super with no failures so far.

Navi support is now working on Core_22, reported yield for a 5700XT 750kPPD so about equivalent to a 1070Ti and disappointing. But the OpenMM 22 WU is still experimental and hopefully yields will improve as the Core and Drivers mature.

Honestly, Corsair offer lifetime warranty. But when you pay as much as I have more DDR4 you expect it to work. This will be the second time I've had to replace this kit now.

that's quite a high failure rate for memory. have you tried reseating your cpu? i know ryzen is an incredibly fussy thing on memory.

maybe the memory slot could be a potential cause? have you tried the other slots or running memory diagnostic with each stick in single channel?

I've tried the set in another system, same behaviour

i mean it's slightly higher but it's still well within spec and not too far off at all from what the bios states... i assume it stays pretty much identical to the bios reading when it's on it's xmp setting too?

I don't use XMP I have to set it up manually to get the 3400mhz. 1.3v I usually run it at. But I can't even get the system stable with 2133mhz. As soon as I put the suspected dodgy module in, either on its own or with its twin I get BSODs within seconds of it booting

i think ddr4 is like, 1.35, so that's suitably under spec even then

it's a really wierd case and i'd say it might even be worth getting in touch with the corsair rep on here (if there still is one) to see if they can take some analysis of your memory, as this is a reccurring thing for you

The next step for me is run memtest86 and see how that goes.

Honestly, the last time it did this it was in my x99 system so I can't see it being anything to do with the platform.

It's just frustrating because when you pay this much you expect it to function as advertised for quite some time.

@Corsair Nick

Any input here?
