Car Enthusiast Club [Now Motorcycle friendly!] - First thread to 150k! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Don't lump me in with them. I'm an enthusiast of mechanic design, be it engines, weaponry, or productive machinery. Not a guy with a wrench that reads the marketing garbage AFE/insert other "enthusiast" brand that can't legally warranty half of their products.

I fail to see a correlation between people screeching variations of "forced induction is more efficient!!! Reclaimed energy!!!" and anything I've said.

If you can't be civil. Please leave

Edit. That goes for everyone in the thread

Now that is surprising. I've got a 24 gig cap on my mobile plan. We're usually the ones without caps over here.

oh rip ... i love unlimited data ... but i never get to use enough of it for "unlimited" to be a "big" number of what i used ... ends up like 50 -60 gb a month (that is talking about phone)

a colleague of mine uses like 1TB of data on his phone ... per month ... (uses the same data plan as me and has never been throttled)

but i pay like 16 Euros a month for the unlimited data( 2.5GB in europe .... BOOOOO)  and unlimited calls and sms in most of Europe xD

Damn, I really hope that by the time I'm 16 my parents won't have sold our 1998 Volvo S70 T5. I wanna learn to drive a stick shift (as in, I know how I just want to do it "full time"). The only thing that sucks about it is it's FWD I believe. But damn, I watched some videos on YouTube, and a straight pipe, turbocharged inline 5 sounds pretty damn good.

Also sorry if I sound retarded. I know a bit about cars, but not that much. Like, I know how an engine works, and know the differences between, say, a 4 stroke engine and a 2 stroke one, or a boxer 4 and inline 4, but I'm still learning. Please understand that.

EDIT: I also fucking love sleepers. If anyone has any cool pictures or videos, please feel free to share them!

why post a picture when you can post a pretty popular video of one :P

fucking love this video ... car goals xD

Stupid question (or is it?), are those rare or something, or do they just hold their value very well? I mean, Volvos are built like tanks IIRC...

i'd say kinda, cause its the version before the R and not the basic 2.3T or 2.0T

Yes, I'm just saying that I'm able to burn through a 100 gigs solely on YouTube, even when out an about because boy is not listening to something boring.

:P But hey, a 460 is a pretty good winter heater.

Damn. Still seems high cause in the last 30 days, I've only used 325gigs on my computer. Of which only 80gigs are chrome. xD

Yeah but my radiator is pretty much as capable of being a heater and graphics card xD
