Saw this on Facebook marketplace this weekend 2005 Mazda6, fucker sold quick. It was $1,300 seller said in good condition and the pictures it looked pretty clean... 233,000 miles.

Unless they've had the trans rebuilt or replaced it wouldn't be worth it.

also really like the idea of this, also Fb marketplace. Though it's a bit more expensive and the seller has noted that it's gonna need some work. It's got 100,000 miles and needs transmission work. but the rarer body style and lower miles is such a hard pass

although it looks like it might've been in some kinda accident

and there's some dents in the hatch

 

but

the interior from the bad photo doesn't look that bad

yeah I kinda feel like for the second one I just posted, to really drive that price home the seller would have to chip in some money for the transmission repair or take money off for that repair and then I'd have to see about much it'd cost to get the panel gaps more in line because there's no way it didn't hit something at some point and was cheaply slapped back together

I finally managed to find and buy a rare part I've been after for LITERALLY FOUR YEARS. In that time I've only ever seen one other, and the guy wouldn't ship it internationally. Maybe @711jrp will appreciate the find, although I'm not sure if you're more into 5-series parts.

It's an AC Schnitzer three-piece spoiler for the E36. There are two versions of this wing, coupe and sedan which are both rare, but the coupe one even moreso. Even better, the price wasn't outrageous either  I can't wait for it to arrive.

In other news, I found out the car will be coming back from the bodyshop next week. Things are finally looking up!

That's going to look stunning on your techno, I'm all about the attention to detail and those little rare bit's, well done on the find!. I too had a mission trying to find the AC grill for mine but worth the wait,  I do have a soft spot for the five but I'm like a stick of rock with with BMW written right through me, any retro one will light my fire.Can't wait to see the picture of yous done, you must be excited.

 

Just as a PS I have a E36 as well just the hairdresser variety lol

Cheers man If I have time, I may have it painted and fitted before we go to the Nurburgring this year, we leave on the 18th July. It's also being wired for a shitload of retrofit parts before we go, and a full black interior swap

 

Verts are nice too, I know a few people with them. I know a guy with a 318ti 'california' too, the one with the full length canvas roof. It's lush!

If its a wide body and a 6cyl, that's good enough! I actually like Z3's, they came with better diffs too, torsen not clutch pack
