Logitech Harmony with Plex app on Android smart tv

Hi,

 

Just wanting to know if its possible to configure the harmony hub with IFTTT app, to open a specific movie on the Plex app on my android smart TV after a voice command.

 

e.g.

 

Hey Google, Play The Dark Knight

I believe this is only possible with the Nvidia Shield TV which has Google Assistant built in.
