then it's enough. Even the stock cooler can do it.

Meh? It'll work, but there are much better values and better performers out there for a lot less money. You can buy a Cryorig H5 Ultimate, which will wipe the floor with that cooler, at the same price. The H7 is about $15 less, and the Gammaxx 400, which will outperform it in all likelihood, is at least $20 less. The Wraith Spire will get you to 3.7GHz, and it's free.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

Hypnotoad's RAM is dying, his motherboard is acting like the 6-year-old AsRock it is, a couple of SATA ports have just stopped working, but the RGB remains. The RGB always remains. Hypnotoad lives. All glory to the Hypnotoad.

h5 ultimate won't fit.

h5 universal has a white part on the top. My color scheme is black and green.

h7 has a white fan. My color scheme is black and green.

Gammaxx 400 looks really bad.

Fans can be changed if you like the H7 otherwise. Gammaxx 400 looks really rough, I'll give you that. The Arctic's not a bad cooler, just a bad value compared to other, better coolers on the market.

The eSports Edition performs better than the H7 and Gammax 400. https://megaobzor.com/review-Arctic-Cooling-Freezer-33-eSports-Edition.html

The eSports ONE which comes with one fan as opposed to 2 is often cheaper and performs similarly to the Gammaxx 400 or H7.

@XXX_ROCKS_XXX Where are you shopping/located? What are your specs?

Fractal Design Meshify C, ryzen 5 1600x, US

I also have 2r ripjaws V because I heard g.skill was good for ryzen. Will the cooler be compatible.

The cooler should completely clear the ram slots and is compatible. That being said, the single fan version is a better value since it's cheaper and delivers most of the same performance. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/P8KcCJ/arctic-freezer-33-esports-one-blackgreen-cpu-cooler-acfre00045a

If you want more performance, the Lucifer V2 is a good option: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/NZ2rxr/deepcool-lucifer-v2-813-cfm-cpu-cooler-lucifer-v2

If the silver bothers you, the top fin can be easily masked and painted without lowering performance. That's what I did here with the NH-D14 with some Rustoleum spraypaint:
