ASUS GL 702VM vs 503 Hero

So I'm to buy a, as close to a desktop replacement as possible, of a laptop within a budget. And now I'm split between these two ones fro Asus that match my budget. Both have the same price, CPU, & GPU. Here are the links :
Asus ROG GL702VM : https://www.startech.com.bd/asus-rog-gl702vm-i7-laptop?sort=p.price&order=DESC&limit=100
Asus Rog Strix GL503VM Hero : https://www.startech.com.bd/asus-rog-strix-gl503vm-i7-gaming-laptop?sort=p.price&order=DESC&limit=100

The differences I see are,

        -702 is with a 17 inch 75 Hz GSync where 503 is with a 120 Hz NON-GSYNC Display

-But 702 has thunderbolt to squeeze  more life out of it in the future with an External GPU where 503 doesn't
-702 has inefficient thermal issues with
it's third fan, but 503 also gets hot reportedly with a 1060 inside,

That last one is important as I plan to stress the laptop for extended periods in a country where It can get upto 40 Degrees C in the coming Summer.

NB: I live in a country with no amazon or similar online retailer support, so in spite of having a budget of 1800$, what I I can buy depends mostly on the local retailers.

Requirements For my Laptop :
          - A 7700/8700 HK/Q
          - GTX 1060/1070, thunderbolt support if 1060

          - A 1080p IPS 320+ nit 60/60+ Hz display,
          - Good Thermal management incl Fan noise.

Thanks for reading through.

Good Thermal management

Alienware 15/17

Clevo P650/P670/similar models

MSI GT series

Gigabyte/Aorus X5/X7

Acer Predator series (need repaste)

So portability and fan noise are not important to you?

I don't move around as much with my current Laptop as I expected and I don't see that changing that much in the near future, but its better if its on the lighter side.
By thermal management, I meant incl fan noise and performance as well.

Go for MSI GT series, most of their models have the best fan noise and temps
