Cheapest Noctua cooling for a i7-8700.

I've seen other builds with it.

A Newegg review: Very quiet! Didn't even know my computer was on until the monitor came to life.
- Keeps temps for my i7-8700 under 45 C (note: I'm using standard set up, not overclocking).
- Well constructed

I am planning to move all my PC part into a Ncase M1 V5.

From what I have seen, the cheapest Noctua cooler is this: https://noctua.at/en/nh-l9i noctua NH-L9i.

Is this gonna be enough for a i7 8700? Also I am not gonna overclock my GPU too.

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.

Max TDP of the DH-l9i is 95w, the 8700 (non-K) has a TDP of 65w, so you should be fine.

I used to be quite active here.

Don't use the stock cooler xD

Noctua coolers perfom nice and the NH-L9i should fit on the i7-8700
