CHEAPER

Uh the k65 might work, it's $70, mechanical and I THINK (don't quote me go do some research) that it will work with cue (corsair utility engine) to customize the keyboard to white https://pcpartpicker.com/product/xqs8TW/corsair-keyboard-ch9000072na

RGB white is not the same as pure white, which is what I assume OP is asking for, since he said "VERY WHITE" in big capital letters.

I have had multiple RGB keyboards, and no RGB white never looks as good as a keyboard with just white LEDs.

Logitech G413.  Romer-G switches, white only backlight (assuming you don't get the carbon edition)

Currently focusing on my video game collection.

It doesn't matter what you play games on, just play good games you enjoy.

i want specifically white, nothing else, full white, not off white, WHITE, and not expensive either, think of a tecware keyboard (which i bought just for white backlit but came in red)

Might be over your budget depending where you are or shop.

But you have the Logitech Illuminated Keyboard (K470)

It's an old keyboard, but been updated. I think it was initially released back in Vista days. So the Windows key was Vista Windows logo. Today it is Windows 8/10 logo, so it won't look out of place. I am saying this, if you are looking at reviews and wondered.

As for white level.. that depends on you. For actual true white like the sun, the only way to do it with consumer level hardware, is get perfect Red, Green and Blue LEDs (or OLED) with a light CRI output of 99-100%. And even then, it needs the ability to adjust the white color to your preference. In other words, not affordable. You'll need to live with "white" LED's which are either going to be cold white or warm white for the price range you are looking for.

this is my primary suggestion... just know you get what you pay for. its not gonna be better than a Corsair k65 but it seems to fit your requirements
