They're basically the same CPU

 

both are fine for 60hz gaming

If you were going to buy one, buy the R3 2200G because of the iGPU should it ever come in handy.

youll get the same performance out of both...so go with the cheaper one.

If the 2200G is only a bit more, I would get that.

 

Otherwise they are the same

yeah they are both the same price only thing i saw was the r3 2200g was clocked higher

I assume you already own the RX 470? If so what's your current system?

They're basically the same, they're both going to overclock near 4ghz. The R3 2200G replaced the R3 1200 effectively.

I'd get 2200G because the iGPU makes it easy to troubleshoot
