Newly installed windows 10 Do I need to download Direct X 12 manually?

I just did a fresh install of windows 10/ Fraps give me a warning that I do not have the correct version of direct X.

 

Do I need to download it separately or it is included in windows 10?

I saw it on microsoft's website that direct X 12 is included in windows 10, but I cannot find it on my PC.

No!

It should be preinstalled on all non-enterprise versions of 10.
