Plex is nice, with as little as Ive played around with it. Antenna wise, you should check to see where your TV stations are located. That is how to determining on how good of an antenna you need. Also, keep in mind outdoor antennas are miles better, but they are not for every one. My family uses individual indoor antennas on each TV. The higher the antenna the better reception you should get in most cases. Though I have notice that on nice sunny days, some times channels dont come in, so thats a thing. NAS wise it depends on features I would say. I know some NAS's offer Plex server built in, so I would say look for something like that. You pretty much hit the money on the network tv tuner.

My family uses antennas on each TV. We get maybe 40 stations depending on the TV. We sub to PlayStation VUE, its ok, but Sony's servers can suck some times. We also sub to Netflix. Depending on your ISP depends on how well streaming will work out. Comcast our ISP has a 1 TB cap, while there is an unlimited option its $50 USD, so we just stick with what we got.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
