If i have pypl account connected to my account and if on my pypl i have only $90 but i want to send $300 to someone will they take it  from my chase account or i need to add more money  to pypl first?

pypl=paypal?

if so, yes, it'll wipe the $90 in the paypal account and request $210 payment from your chase account. if chase says no, then the deal will go down as 'lack of payment'.
