nvme/m.2 to pcie adapters

Cyrus Howbrook

Ok so I was wondering since my motherboard does not have the right m.2 slot for a nvme 950 pro samsung ssd. If I could use this https://www.amazon.co.uk/HYPER-M-2-MINI-Interface-Motherboard/dp/B017YUCAXS/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1518949860&sr=8-5&keywords=m.2+to+pcie  to install in my pc.

A) Would this still use the full potential of the m.2? Would it bottle neck?

B) Is there any software which I can use that would migrate my current ssd to the m.2?

For reference I am using a b250m mortar MSI lga 1151 motherboard

Thanks!!!

The more important question is: do you need NVMe SSD?

The least important: yes it will work

As for software: Macrium Reflect, or clean installation of Windows
