Don't buy a 144hz monitor for a gtx 1060 unless you want to play your games at low settings.

I get 110-140 FPS while playing on the setting I like to play.
I only want to know which one should I buy.

BenQ ZOWIE 24" 1080p LED Full HD 144Hz Gaming Monitor, XL-Series for eSports Tournaments and Professional Players is a good option. It also has a better price than your two options. https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product/zowie-benq-zowie-xl-24-144hz-1ms-gtg-tn-led-gaming-monitor-xl2411-black-red-xl2411/10482044.aspx

Thanks again,
I saw this monitor, but it has no DP support, so is it still better choise?
As I know 144hz cannot be able with HDMI cable.

In that price range, not really. If the XG2402 is around the same price might as well get that one, but there's not a significant difference.
