I cant find an easy way to link the page but it shows a yellow checkmark instead of green for hero x here

I switched up my build and need a air cooler that will clear the ram in this config.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3YKwr6

I love the dark rock pro 3 look ,but Be Quiets site say there's issues with drp3 and hero x mobo even though pcpartspicker says they are fine.

i also like the look of Cooler Master v8 GTS ,but again i don't know if it will clear ram Gskil trident rgb

Price doesn't concern me in fact i would rather not go cheap. I just want something that will clear the ram above and work well

Any suggestions without going to the tiny or slim coolers?I

I'm open to mobo switch if i have too but would rather not.

Thanks

That looks more like the dark rock 3 not the dark rock pro 3 but everything else looks good so i guess ill probably get the non pro then. i looked for a picture like that everywhere.

The Dark Rock 3 overhangs the memory slot closest to the cpu as one can see in the picture from https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/beQuiet/Dark_Rock_3/

The solution for two stick memory kits will tall heat sinks is to use the second bank of memory slots 2 & 4 (1 & 3) as shown in the photo. But there may be issues if a memory upgrade is wanted.

The Cryorig H7 and Noctua NH-U12S have no memory clearance issues. The NH-U14S may not have issues but that is motherboard dependent. I believe the Cryorig R1 Universal will also work with tall memory modules on LGA1151 motherboards.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
