Cpu Cooler

Hello,  I want a cpu cooler and I wanted something like the cryorig h7. The problem is the fan blades are white and it wont match my setup of black and green. Any cooler for like 50 that will fit in a p400s, black, and has ram compatibility with ripjaws 5? I also looked into the h5 ultimate but Im not sure if its height would fit,

Ryzen 5 1600. I know that its good enough, but the problem is it blows air around the case instead of directing it out. It also the loudest thing in my pc so I want to get that out.

Does it come with the am4 backplate?

No, that should come with your motherboard. If you're referring to the mounting hardware that comes with the cooler, the included brackets support both AMD and Intel sockets including AM4.

Thanks, never heard of the company or the cooler but reviews seem good and it looks amazing.

It's only a bit cheaper than the H7 and is similar in performance. There are several other coolers that perform similarly or better but don't necessarily match the aesthetic you're asking for.

Arctic Cooling is actually a pretty big name in computer cooling. They've been around longer than Noctua, NZXT, and Phanteks to name a few. Their products tend to be less trendy and full of RGB so they don't get the same coverage nowadays. The eSports ONE is a collab version of their Freezer series--mainly the Freezer 33 which is an iteration of the Freezer series. It was announced last year so it hasn't been featured much. Their most popular products include MX-4 thermal paste, their F-series case fans, and their Accelero series which are the most popular aftermarket GPU coolers.

Oh damn they are the ones that make the mx-4 thermal paste. Thats like the only one of their products ive actually heard of. Anyway thanks a lot. It looks absolutely amazing. Would the 2 fan design be more worth it?

I don't think it's worth it unless you prefer the aesthetic of an extra fan. For the 1600, you'll get much of the same performance with the cheaper single fan variant.

My thinking is I could turn each fan down to a lower rpm.

Yea, the extra fan would provide a bit more headroom and allow for lower rpm for similar cooling. If that's what you're looking for, the extra fan could be worth it even if it's not necessarily the better value.
