Why i am getting this error after installation of GTA San Andreas?

Why i am getting errors while launching gta san andreas after installation  in the screenshots below?

I can be wrong but this seems to be some error with your directx version? You should update all drivers for your graphics card.

latest gpu drivers already installed.

direct x ver.11.1 installed.

Still not working.

It's old game. It doesn't use DX11. You need to install DX9c.

game launched after installing DX9c, but crashes every time when i choose option 'Start Game".

Again, old game. Try launching with compatibility mode for 7 or Vista. Don't keep hopes up. 10 hasn't been very nice to early-2000 games. Nor has 7.

tried with xp,vista and 7 now too not working.

this method is not working.i tried.I don't have steam version of gta sa.

 

and what is the logic of trying frame limiter when i m not able to open the game.

u mean when u click start? beacuse if you mean that options are on that screen ?

 

plus if ur not on steam ver its same just it wont be loacted in steam folder

Tried frame limiter on and off .In both settings not working.

I did what it said in steam forum.but i have some doubts.Do i have to clear everything in "gta.dat" file and then paste  "IMG MODELS\PLAYER.IMG".Hit save.

or

I  just have to  paste  "IMG MODELS\PLAYER.IMG" with all the text in  "gta.dat" file.Hit save.

Where did you get it? 

If you got it off gog then you should report it to GOG as they make the games work with modern os and will make the compatibility work better.
