If you don't want to hunt for deals go previous gen or step down to a Q6600. The i7 4770 is a very good deal

So  use a prebuilt/ buy seperate parts and build a pc with it. I'd recommend giving it an overclock though.

I would probably need some sort of water cooling if I am going to fully overclock it. You know just to be safe

I also want the cheapest of the cheap for something that will run games such as fortnite

No, you dont, come on, using the stock cooler you can oc is up to 3+ ghz. Did this myself, you do not need watercooling to overclock.

Is it ddr2? If yes you might have some use for it, is the 430 watt psu from a reputable brand? What socket and model is your mobo, it might support the Q6600?

What is the chipset of the mobo? That's the last thing I need to know, the Q6600 will most proably be supported. And does your PSU have a pcie power adapter?

That's a very early 775 mobo, it most likely does not support the Q6600, at least you have a PSU and a case.

No you need a 775 mobo to support the Q6600. It just can't be this chipset, Asus ROG commando is an example that supports all the 775 processors.
