Asus gl502vs laptop started to get hot

dmccordeiro

Bought it like 5 months ago, started to get hotter on the keyboard and the wind could get to my face.

I could have open lots of games before and this would not happen, i am talking gta v + csgo + runescape at the same time.

Now with just chrome + fortnite this starts to happen.

I opened the back case but everything its in the correct place and i even cleaned it but still the same.

I see the information with the listed programs running and the speeds of your CPU and GPU but I don't see anything showing the actual speeds of any of the fans.  Are you sure the fans are running and if so, are they running at the appropriate speeds?

This is because that model is an oven, bad cooling system (seriously a hot 1070 GPU inside thin chassis) causing throttling, undervolting and repaste helps but not a lot
