Robotic Vacuum Cleaner?

Hey guys, I am currently searching for some robotic vacuum cleaner, as stated in title, and I've hit this problem. As I was searching for best one, I found out that it well may be some Roomba. But, all Roombas can only get through threshold of 1.6 cm, whilst all thresholds in my apartment are 2 cm. So, do you guys have any recommendations?

I dislike my Neato.  It scratches wood floors when it’s silicone brush gets full of hair/dirt.
