What is this? Fake 1050ti 4GB from Wish?

wilkur

Bought this for 55€. Thought it is any good or smth, but doesn't start my monitor. It runs on the motherboard. What is this GPU supposed to be? It's probably not 1050ti at all.

Any suggestions what to do with it?

It's got SLI fingers on it so it's definitely not a 1050ti

Edit:

It's probably a 750ti

I've connected and it actually ran on the computer, but when I try to connect it to the HDMI or VGA, then it doesn't show up the display.

Some of those numbers on the die should tell you exactly what it is. Unfortunately I'm on my way out the door to work or else I'd use my black belt in Google-Fu to figure it out.

It might work when I put it on 2nd PCI slot. I just need to buy another slot where I can actually click it it.

What brand is it supposed to be?
And can we get a picture of the outputs?

I did boot it in my main PCI slot, took my other GPU out just to test it and the graphics card changed BIOS settings. I put the older one back and needed to switch BIOS settings back, so I can get to Windows.

The problem is that all GPUs since Fermi have a GPU number on the die.  GF=Fermi  GK=Kepler  GM=Maxwell  GP=Pascal.  This one has a random string of numbers seemingly, so it's likely older. But the string of numbers did pop up a hit for a GTS450

Start GPU-Z in Windows. If it says it has 192 unified shaders then it is likely a GTS 450. Heck, at least it's not something even older (and worse), like the GTS 250 and 8800GT which are also common scam cards.

This logo on the cooling fan is screaming 'scam'. Nvidia's logo is green not yellow. Also they have never put their name on a fan ever before.

Just by looking at the fan, definitely fake. Low grade plastic that mimics the shape of asus cards.

Fake Geforce is not a new thing, dated back to 550 era.

It uses lower end chip that has the bios rewritten to display the fake gpu information.

Everything screams fake :

- No legit 1050ti cost 55 eur, even the used ones still around $100

- No 1050ti with VGA port

- 1050ti doesn't support SLI, so if there's an sli connector, its fake.

I started a thread a few days ago about trying to get a free card this way. Here is the post

Some people thought it was wrong to try and scam the scammers and the thread got locked because it didn't conform to community standards. I wonder how OP would feel about it now that he wasted all this time.
