This is a sensitive topic. But worth looking into. It would be nice if they made miners more cost effective but then it would drive up the difficulty.

 

I think that its important to get more then just one main company producing asic chips. It would be nice to see what they have to offer. maybe better efficiency for computations lower power draw? I personally do not mine mostly due to start up cost. But then again this is huge all to its self.

 

Bitmain may have their first competitor.

They're not getting into mining themselves, they're selling chips to companies like bitmain.

 

Bad article. They're competing with TSMC fabs, not bitmain.
