If you're actually comparing a normal 1080 vs a 1080ti, the ti will perform better, but if you're just talking about build quality and what not, EVGA is should be better.

First page is a general talk about the cards they put in the round up. The next pages show screenshots with things like 3D mark scores per card. Might be worth a look.
