HELP! Motherboard does not detecting GPU

Hey Almighty Internet and PC Maters

My Motherboard does not not detecting my GPU.

I built this PC 3 days ago, and I was using my CPU's Integrated graphics and everything works perfectly fine.

I got my GTX1070 yesterday, but nothing has changed after I inserted the GPU on my motherboard .......

These are the lists of things I did to solve this problem:

I updated/renewed the BIOS

I cleared the CMOS

I reset everything in Bios about PCIE priority

I checked the GPU carefully

I enabled the CPU graphics in device manager and restarted.

I downloaded and installed the GeForce Experience and NVIDIA1070 drive

BUT None of them solved the problem.

So I am begging for help :(

Any suggestion is appreciated

You plugged the monitor into the graphics card and you're at least getting a picture though I'm assuming?

Could you perhaps take a picture of it running in your rig, I assuming the fans spin up and all since your saying its just not being detected, also try resitting the GPU?

I can't really help you in GPU advice, but - if you can return that PSU.

Did you plug in the 8-pin connector! Probably yes. I had the same problem with this and I just switched from HDMI to Displayport and everything worked, but I think its a problem with power. I think that your graphics card is defective. I would contact the manufacturer and ask for a replacement! Stay away from EVGA PSU's they aren't great! I would recommend a Corsair PSU next time
