Edge won’t load on my ssd

I had a hdd but just upgraded to and ssd and just put windows 10 on it I just did updates and now need to go on edge to download drivers but nothing with load on edge it just says the page is not responding help!!

Does Windows 10 have native drivers for your network hardware? If not, you'll need another computer.

What does that mean it worked fine before with hdd

You said you installed Windows, meaning it's a clean install.

Yes so do I have to install the drivers on a usb from another pc and then install them on the ssd pc and I’ll be good

Yes, you don't use a computer without drivers. Was the machine a prebuilt?

No it wasn’t I built it my self and I will go download the drivers when I get home
