Being blocked from sites but no longer using VPN.

Once upon a time i paid for Unblock US so i could access the full US Netflix library from Australia but ever since Netflix started blocking access to their content if you were using a VPN i cancelled my Unblock US, this was 2 years ago now i think but i still cant access Australian (or US) Netflix, nor can i access Amazon US (only AU Amazon which sells shit). Is there any reason i shouldn't be able to access AU Netflix anymore?  They're still treating me like im running a VPN when im not.

You may have residual from the VPN Sometime programs will leave stuff behind.

 

I would do a clean install of Windows to scrub your HD.  But this is my opinion

Try clearing the junk from your PC. It sounds as though you might have some cookies lurking in there.

CCleaner or a similar app should do the trick.
