Uhm... no thank you :P

If you can't drink milk for medical reasons, sure, but otherwise, real milk just tastes better in my opinion :P

They have some stuff in Asian supermarkets where it's sweetened. They probably added like 1lb/L, but still, it tastes good. (You should try Black Bean soy milk too, it's pretty nice).

Also, has anyone actually tried cream (10%) with cereal? That actually sounds pretty good.

Nah I probably drink about 1/5th of a gallon of skim a day. Tbh it'd be the same for 1%

Otherwise away with you and your vulgar lies.

I actually buy it a lot more than milk due to price, and the potassium and the other minerals :P But it has to be chocolate anything else I'm running to the toilet for some unpleasant gagging...

I do prefer 3.25% or higher If I drink 2% it has to be microfiltered, better tasting... normal 2% tastes like dishwater to me...

I could've sworn I read an article at one point that basically countered the traditional logic and said whole milk was healthier because of the way the body was able to metabolize it.... I'd look for it, but I'm lazy.

I really wish they would sell a higher fat percentage Chocolate Milk, from the name brands. Pretty much all chocolate milk found on store shelves here is 1%.

You can even get it at Sobeys (big chain grocery store), and goddamn it's good stuff.

Used to be 1.5-2% (if my memory serves me) but I think the "fat" scare forced them to change it over 10 years ago... Thanks bad parenting...

I have a Sobeys near me but it's a fair distance :( Would Freshco carry it?

North American percentages (at least Canadian ones that I see)

1%

2%

3%

3.25%

3.475%

3.5%

Where in canada do you see 3.475 and 3.5? All I can get is 3.25

Also the amount of fat in the "actual" milk is hilariously low...

Oh I used to drink half/half :D Damn did that taste soooooooooo good....

I'm ok with soy milk, even when there's no flavour. as long as it's sweetened.

My local Safeway (Western Sobeys) carries 3.475, and 3.5. Parents say Save on carried 3.75 a long long time ago.

Yea, the good stuff gone dummied down due to the whole you're going to get fat thing...

Also I'd like to point out a few things for those 1%ers:

The lowest fat content in a subway sub is 2.5g on the Veggie 6" (about 1g less Sat (1.5g) than a 1% cup of milk)

A Big Mac has 28g of fat (10g or 6.7x more, eat even one of these and you're a hypocrite)

Quakers Harvest Crunch has 8g of fat (6g of Sat or 4x more) and that's assuming you eat it raw...

A Egg-Roll consists of 3.6g of fat (For veggie version it has less but for chicken it has 0.8g of Sat which is less than 1% milk)

Basically Don't eat a Big Mac Instead eat a Egg-Roll :P

Wait a minute O.o

I like 1% because its thick while also not being heavy cream (Even though I do enjoy a good glass of whole or 2% once in a while).

The only reason I'm here is that I have homework that I don't want to do
