How do I get rid of Bluetooth Security Tag on the login screen?

Ever since Bluetooth Security Tag appeared on my login screen, it has caused my PC to boot slower (as there is a massive delay between me going from the lock screen and the users showing up).

Does anyone know how to get rid of Bluetooth Security Tag?

I've Googled, and haven't found anything that works for me yet

Open Up msconfig (WIN+R -> Type msconfig and press enter) and search for running services which may interfere with your Bluetooth and disable them (Don´t mess with the Microsoft services)

Open your explorer and go to the section that shows all of your disks, then open My Bluetooth Devices. Then, go to Bluetooth Settings and the Advanced tab. Uncheck Allow proximity device to lock\unlock this computer. Done
