Ok, ill be even more unreasonable and buy a $1000 1070 and than spend another $200 on a block. Money isn't a concern, im already cooling my 1060 with an AIO.

you wont gain massive amounts from an AIO to a waterblock, especially not performance wise. you could probably drop temps a bit more, but that wont get you much more in overclocking probably. want it more quiet, go for an aftermarket air cooler. really, there is no point to a custom waterblock for a 1060

Look if there's a 1050ti block than one for a 1060 exist. Also not stupid.

I don't care about performance or temps, my card is at safe temps and preforms fine. I just want to pimp out my computer.

It is since the 1060 gives out a tiny bit of heat compared to cards that really needs watercooling like Vega 64 and R9 295X2

1080/70/60 blocks are the same from ek. Unless you have a mini variant.

Evga has 2 1060 variants, the small one with one fan and the large one with 2 fans. 2 fan card (i do not remember the model) is compatible with ek-fc founders edition waterblock (it is also compatible with all Founders Edition cards, such as 1070, 1070 sc, 1080 and even 1080ti

otherwise look for bykski waterblock they make a lot of gpu waterblocks you might find the one compatible with you card.

if you can not find anything get a ek universal block and a low noise fan to cool the vrm's and vram

Or you could save the money you would spend on a custom loop for a 1060 and put it towards a 1070 or 1080 when GPU prices fall, that would be the smarter move. I realize GPU prices are insane right now and you are correct it would be dumb to spend $1k on a 1070, but if youre patient they will come back down to nominal pricing. The bump in performance from 1060 to even 1070 is huge, its a flat out waste of money to put a block on a 1060, hell i wont even do it for my 1070ti.

Meh, I’d rather buy a 780ti and put a water block on that before getting another 10 series card.
