Windows 10 installing in a new pc

I've recently built a new pc, i bought a Windows product key and installed the tools on an USB Key, but when i plug It in and start the PC the Windows logo appears on the screen but it doesnt boot (see photo) and after a couple minutes error 00cx0000225 screen appears.

Please i Need help asap.

So this is to PC without previous OS and appears before language selection?
