Someone should tell him to eat healthy and buy a gym membership and use it, and lay off the fast foods and pop. I am 100% positive the fellow would feel better physically and mentally. Tell him to drink water and club soda and eat at Subway not McDonalds. Taking walks around the block for excersize, buy a dog if you have to. He is going to die 10 or 20 yrs before he should. Its sad but those are the facts. Lay off the Twinkies. Women will start smiling at you more, and your self esteem will rise. You may even get to lay a few ladies then you dont have to watch porn all the time. Also alcohol especially beer is a huge offender of obesity. You can join meetup.com and play sports, you can satisfy your gaming addiction with board games that are social encounters rather then alone games on the pc. These things will make you feel better. You can hit the bar scene if you wish, kareokee is a chance to meet ladies but be careful you might get a rotten alcie, you can tell though. Heck you may want an alcie for a romp in the hay, wam bam thank you mam.
