[MINING] 4 GTX 1080 Tis vs. TITAN V

Austin Borg

HELLO!

QUESTION: For mining ethereum, should I go with 4 GTX 1080 Tis or one Titan V. I have used this website to help me out

https://www.buriedone.com/hashrates.html

4 1080tis and 1 Titan V seems like the same exact price, but for mining ethereum 1 Titan V = about 2 GTX 1080 Ti. so it seems I should go with the 1080 Tis, but I was wondering if there is an

counter argument to my ruling

you could also wait to the gaming Volta card comes out you might get titan v like performance card that you could get more than one of  for similar money to just the V but if you want to get started soon the 1080tis are probably the way to go. maybe sell them once Volta is out. its sounding like Volta is going to be early 2018 but cant say for sure.

So I've just learned that RX VEGA 64s are the best... why not 10 of those (if they don't break the bank I have to check in on the price)

A Vega 64 will run you close to between the price of a 1080 - 1080 ti and is never in stock.
