android and bs storage needs

so when i try to install an app when storage is almost full i get this(look at picture which says free up space). and when i try to view pictures i get this(look at picture that has a ''glitchy'' picture behind the warning.

btw i dont have a problem with storage i just tested what it would say if my storage was basically full.
