I'm using a Hyper 212X for 4.5GHZ on my 8700K and my temps top out in the high 70s/low 80s under AVX instructions

i9-10900K, Asus ROG STRIX Z590-E Gaming WiFi, Asus TUF RTX3080, 32GB G.Skill 3200MHz CL14

Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB, EVGA Supernova 850W G3, Asus Xonar DGX

Fractal Design Define C TG, Noctua NH-U14S, Asus PG279Q 27" IPS 1440p 165Hz

Probably not. If you want high OC, you invest on peoper cooler.

i5 8600k at 5GHz without AVX offset will use around 130W at max load.

So try to get some decent cooler that can handle at least 150W.

 

I'm using dark rock 3 and it works like a charm.
