Its not about responsibility, its just being an asshole. There are worse things said and done by other youtubers. Not sure why it took this for people to finally give a shit.

Why dont we go and boycott live leak if seeing dead people is so bad. You see 80 suicide vidoes uplaoded to live leak daily 

I think the real issue is that YouTube is supposed to be a relatively tame place to watch videos and what he uploaded went against a lot of terms of service that youtube has. Also filming dead boddies is just not right in my mind. I don't care where people upload it to i am very against it. That being said the internet is a free place and people can do what they want unless it's on YouTube and violates the terms of service. My guess would be live leaks has no such rules in which case they can do what they want but I don't condone it.

Paul and people like him consist at least 25% of what's wrong with this world.

 

By saying we done care what this guy did around a dead body is basically saying "I don't care about morality"

 

I person don't have anything against recording things like what he did as long as it follows strict guidelines via morality. Basically take it seriously (he didn't), get permission from the family (he didn't, clearly as they'd of said no)

At least 25%, yes.  Three major things that Logan Paul (and his little brother Jake) represent: lack of respect, lack of responsibility, and lack of intelligence.  Get rid of these problems, and our world would be significantly improved.

 

Having a conscience is part of being human.  How that was absent from Logan’s DNA is something I don’t know.

Hmm. Well I saw that part, where he "laughed" and that was more of a nervous laughter, rather than a humorous laughter.
Posting the Video depicting a dead person, is what he did wrong.
The "laughing" wasn't much of a "haha look at that dipshit", he was just trying to comfort his employees/friends(idk/idc), as I saw it. It was a way of coping.
Like I said. I think posting the video to begin with, was a grave mistake, but I don't think people should just judge him for that one "joke/laugh".
I mean I don't know the guy, and I don't  watch his videos, but I had to take a look myself, because everybody was riding him so hard, I just had to see it for myself.
That, at least, is my opinion/observation.

IIRC Pewdiepie never actually released an anti-semetic video.

 

From what I remember, The New York Times went through his entire video history, found a few instances of him making dumb nazi jokes (some of which calling himself a nazi, in jest) and then tried to claim he was anti-semetic or in fact a nazi. Speculation at the time was this was due to PewDiePie being the largest youtuber with more viewers than the NYT has readers.

 

Never thought I'd find myself defending PewDiePie. Personally I think him being the most popular youtuber is evidence that the overwhelming majority of humanity is flatout retarded.

Any publicity is good publicity. I didn't know about this Logan Paul guy until this controversy. I am living in my own personalized YouTube bubble. I wish I could see this suicide forest video somehow.
