i voted seagate ironwolf just because it includes data recovery in their warranty but honestly cant go wrong with either a seagate ironwolf or WD Red

i personally use a WD Red 6tb and i like it but i also have 3 seagate barracuda ES.2 drives which was their NAS drive before the ironwolf came out and its held up very well

I've had 3 drives die on me so far

1 Seagate 500GB in a laptop (2010~2014)

1 Seagate 2TB SSHD in an external enclosure (2014~2016)

1 Hitachi Deskstar 500GB in an external enclosure (2007~2016)

All of the WD drives I own are all fairly new with the oldest one manufactured in 2013.
