Power Supply for 3570k and MSI 660ti, OC both

Tastysoobak

Hey, I'm currently in the process of getting all my parts for a gaming build, but am in need of a power supply. I'm seeking to power, as I stated, a i5-3570k and a MSI 660ti along with some miscellaneous parts: an ssd, wd black drive, maybe a sound card.

I have heard conflicting information that I would need as little as a 650 watt all the way up to a 850 watt if I want to overclock. I just want to know what is most proper. I don't intend to add a second graphics card at any point, though I might add a hdd or two but nothing else really.

A suggestion to a specific power supply would also be appreciated, with a price bracket between 100-150 preferably.

Thanks!

All you really need is a quality 500W - 600W power supply.

I have an SeaSonic MI2II in my pc, with the exact same specs as yours. Its more than enough.

Anything over 600w is totally op for your build.
