What comes with a gpu? (rx 560)

I want to build a pc in the short future and I made a 500EUR build. Ryzen 3 1300x with rx 560.  But i saw that the rx560  doesn't have a vga input/output. So my question is: does it come with some dvi to vga cable or something like that? Or do i have to buy that in a local shop? I hope someone can help.

Some Cards come with an DVI to VGA adapter, some don't. To be on the safe side get a cable from a local store.

Current gen cards don't come with DVI-I or DVI-A ports anymore, the ports are always DVI-D, which can't be adapted to VGA. You'll have to get a monitor capable of handling a digital signal like DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort.

you'll be losing a lot by using VGA, that's why there is no support for it on modern cards
