The trident works best with Asus boards afaik

They say they are compatible so you will be able to sync the lighting effects, gigabyte's fusion system though is fairly limited in terms of lighting effects.

No , The RGB fusion still does not work. I have a gigabyte z370 with the 3200 bus trident Z RGB.

Yep, I've got a gigabyte mobo and gskill rgb. Fusion doesn't recognize the ram in the peripheral section. How disappointing.
